The Anderson Bridge is one of Singapore’s most famous historical landmarks. Built in 1910, this beautiful Victorian-style bridge sits in the heart of the city, connecting the busy Empress Place to the bustling Collyer Quay. As a protected National Monument, it serves as a vital pedestrian and traffic link over the Singapore River. For its 2025 renovation, the goal was to preserve the bridge’s heritage character while introducing modern LED lighting to improve visibility, safety, and night-time presence for pedestrians and river traffic.
LUCITAG partnered with Koizumi Singapore, leveraging our local engineering expertise. Outdoor infrastructure lighting in a tropical climate requires durable, weatherproof solutions, and our team engineered luminaires to integrate seamlessly onto the bridge’s historic steel arches without altering the structure.

We supplied 161 units of LUCITAG HP Linear DC RGBW from the GRAZE Collection. The fixtures are IP66-rated for outdoor durability and feature DMX control to allow vibrant, dynamic color scenes for events, while providing reliable functional lighting for daily use. Their RGBW capabilities ensure a spectrum of high-quality colors and a crisp white light that complements the bridge’s historic appearance.
